  2. I am six week post op and have lost 44 lbs- I am happy so far
  3. Breakfast- 1 scoop of chocolate unjury powder and 2 cup of skim milk. Snack- fage yogurt with strawberry. Lunch- 1/2 cup of wendy's chili and 1 oz of white cheddar cheese Snack- 1 scoop of chocolate unjury with 1 cup skim milk Dinner- about 4 bites of taco meat with light sour cream I did great day and got in 60 oz of water today on top of my shakes! wooo hoooo I will probably have a SF popsicle later on
  4. where do you find the hummus packet y'all are talking about? Is it small prepackaged hummus?
  5. This past week wasn't so good for me. I cheated a little here and there and found myself eating more than I should be. Sooooooo I am taking control early- I got the calorie king book and I am writing everything that goes in my mouth down! I will conquere this weight battle!

  11. I have noticed that I am getting really hungry in the late afternoon and early evening. I think I am going to change drinking my protein shake from first thing in the morning to mid afternoon -- hoping to not get so hungry. Any other suggestions?

  14. We had our annual Octoberfest Party last night- probably 100 or so people here. I have lost 40 lbs and people really noticed. It was a night of compliments and I loved it!!!:thumbup:
  15. I called and they said no big deal unless it was red, swollen, smelled, or became raised. So I guess I am fine and will just continue to watch it....thanks
  16. I am a month post op and everything has been going well. A little scab on my incision fell off after my shower yesterday and now this serous fluid is draining from my incision. Should i be concerned? I think I will give my surgeon a shout today but just thought I would post it here too.
