  1. Thanks so much you guys, I know I am doing the right thing, I guess it just doesn't keep me from being scared the closer and closer I get to surgery. The liquid diet is going really well now and so far I have lost 13lbs. I've stopped fixating on food as much and started working in the yard or going for walks or just getting online to see what everyone is up to. Thanks again for the great support, if it weren't for the great people on here I'm not sure I would make it through all this!
  2. My surgery will be 6/12, and I too am my doctor's first. Have to be there at 6:00a.m. I'm so excited but not liking this liquid diet at all. And I am not supposed to eat anything but the protein shakes, uGGGGGGg:crying:
  3. Hello all, I am new here and getting pretty freaked out about my upcoming surgery. I have so many different feelings about it. Happy, excited, stressed, scared, anxious, and just plum freaking out. I know I am making the right choice. And I really think I was more freaked out about the fact that I am having to do an all liquid diet until my surgery. Did anyone else have to do this for 2 weeks pre op? Please let me know how you dealt with it. It's extremely hard and stressful.
