Well the start of a new year and I've pledged to myself to get back on track with my health. Working out will become a part of my every day life. I know that I need to push myself because no one else can do it for me.

I have now hit 224 as of December 2, 2009. I actually had to go out and buy some new cloths during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

I hope all is going well with you. I go for my second visit to the doctor today. Hopefully I can talk him into my first fill. I'm down 60 pounds since the start of the pre-op diet.
