I have done the continuous birth control route many times. It seems to work for me for awhile and then I start having breakthrough bleeding. I have found with my endo, I need to try different things along the way to get them to work, so I say give it a try. Sydney

So at my initial consultation today I was told my insurance requires a six-month wait. Is this normal? What is the point? Thanks, Sydney

Do some research and find a Endo specialist in your area. It will save time, stress and pain. Let me know if you want some resources.

I have had endo since being a teenager. I have had 4 laparoscopies. No one has ever mentioned a hysterectomy to me. My endo is on the wall behind my uterus so removing organs might not solve the problem My advice would be to have a lap confirm it is endo, remove what is there and go from there.
