LOL!! listen lady you look amazing! the only tips i got is work out EVERY part of your legs. do like the eliptical for 30 to 45 min. dont stay on low, go up to a high resistance for a lil bit. and then get on those machines to work the inner thighs and all that good stuff. and i would kill for your tummy. soo why dont we just trade LOL

hey good luck wth surgery. ur gonna love it, i work out a few times a week... but at first it was 7 days a week.

i actually had too much the first time. they put in 3ccs and not even water went down. i left with only one and it was perfect. i got lucky in the fill department

dr. kaul. hes AMAZING! its in valhalla.. right next to the westchester medical center.. i didnt have to do any type of test like that. just sat down and talked to the psychologist and he evaluated me.. good luck!

There soo much advice i can give but i think the biggest is... keep at it. dont quiit cause the benefits will out weigh the small amount of annoyances. and dont ever look at this as a diet! its a lifestyle change! and i think the fact that your young is def def gonna help.. goodluck!

My life now is amazing! i feel good, i look a lot better. i never ever wanna go back to where i was and cant believe i eeven let myself get there. This was by far the best decision i have made in my WHOLE life. you will not regret doing this. and dont be nervous the surgery really wasnt bad at all.
