Im in Atlantic City was banded on 2/15/10 down 32lbs would love to talk to you -
I had my surgery on the 15th im down 32lbs having a hard time with the protein. Not really hungry but im already tired of chicken broth.

Im about 2 months from being banded i worry about my protein intake and the fact that i cant tolerate MILK yuck!!!. I can eat pudding, milkshake, ice cream. Please stay focus because i find strength in your post and laughter. Just remember this time next year you will be FIERCE

I was not a milk drinker before, like you ice cream, milkshakes or chocolate milk. I don't remember what the original question or comment was, but I now drink carnation instant breakfast every morning for the protein because I don't eat eggs (yuck) I just taste like chocolate milk.
