  2. Hell there that is good I am 11 months out and have lost 50lbs which I think I would of lost more if I stick to it harder. I have been on a bad track lately, but I am cutting back in the bad habits as we speak. I am going to get my list of foods together and go back to my protien shakes I want to loose another 50lbs to hit that 100lb weight loss. Oh I haven't been on here in a while I need to update my tickler congrats everyone.

    Am I too full?

    Yeah I have tried other things that were ok when I chew well and eat really slow, but im afraid of chicken, and bread. I had crab and spinach this wk end and it went down fine. I see im am to take small sips now of water. I was taking gulps and it would feel like it was getting stuck.
  4. Ok I was filled again last wk wed and since then I can barley eat. I was throwing up a lot becuase things kept getting stuck. Then I realized I was eating too fast and needing to chew more, but it takes me about an hr to finish eating a meal. I have been throwing up almost everytime I eat. I don't think I have been practicing the chewing too well or eating too fast. I don't know I think I may need to be unfilled a lil what do you think. I said I was gonna wait a few days and see how things go before going back to clinic. Since last wk I have lost 5lbs
  5. Ok I been very very busy getting ready to be in a wedding. So mon I had very little to eat drank coffee for breakfast and lunch had a baked potatoe and tried eating a chicken sandwhich. Took the top bun off and it still got stuck so I had to vomit to get it out. After work I had to go get my dress hemmed and was running all around I also was starving hungry as hell when I got home about 8pm and finally ate something I didn't eat much of it cuz I didn't feel good. I had a terrible headache and just laid down. I didn't have anymore tylenol so I took a peice of a ibprofen and I know im not supposed to, but my head was killing and I needed something. I didn't even take half of it though anyway since this day I have not been feeling good had salad for lunch yesterday then drank water and started feeling sick again. I think im going to eat soup for a while until I feel better I don't know what;s wrong. I hope my band hasn't slipped.
  6. I just wanted to know from you all when working out do you like stay hot all day. I have been working out like 4 times per wk now for a while now and im always hot now. I wonder why this is.
  7. Anybody else have this issue. I do good all wk dieting working out doing good. Even though I am loosing slowly and not gaining I still want to learn to eat right on the wk ends just as I do during the wk. When im out it's so hard and at parties and things like that. What do you all do on wk ends I can't just not go anywhere I tried that once also.
  8. @Jre1974 the band is different for everyone. You will find what you can and can't eat anymore. I can eat salad very easy I have never had a problem wit it going down at all. Now bread or dry meats on the other hand get stuck. There are only certain sub sandwhices I can eat breads if too soft I can't do em. Also eating too fast will make you get stuck that's with anything.

    Butter?

    Well I use the regular I can't belive it's not butter when cooking, but just changed to olive oil. I still continue loosing with that, but I still use that butter on my food in the past I did use the spray and it is good I think im going to buy that too for when I wanna put it on my food.
  10. B- Protien shake mostley or I will have a half a bagel and coffee. I don't always be too hungry in the morning. Snack- Light yogurt string cheese and some almonds. Very filling. L- I will have salad with chicken breast or turkey sandwhich or left overs from dinner. D- Baked Salmon or chicken breast sides vary from canned spinach, salad, baked potato with cheese and light sour cream, or rice. I also workout now 4 times a wk on treadmill for 20 min until I can reach 30, but something is better then nothing. I also go to curves when I feel like it. U have to stay active too loose a lot.
  11. I heard B-12 gives energy when I went to walgreens I was confused becuase the worker there told me B complex something like that gives more energy then B-12, but what is the difference?

  13. @Faithgirl2 thanks for your words your are so so right I feel great and a lot healthier as we speak. Yes the scale made me upset, but your right focus on how you feel. From now on though im weighing once a month and that's it.
  14. uuugh I weigh once per wk and im about to just change it to once a month. I just weighed myself as we speak and gained 2lbs im pissed and I don't see how I did that.
  15. yeah thats all I do drink is vodka nothing else I used to drink beer until the band gave it up.
