Well- I haven't lost much since my first fill. I got the first fill the week prior to thanksgiving and I don't feel "restricted". I still only eat about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of food but never have a restricted feeling....i feel full - is that the same??? I have an appointment on Monday (the 14th)to get a second fill. Is this the right thing to do? Just not sure. any advice? Thanks!!

Im doing well. Im down 25 pounds too. I didn't feel much after my first fill either....getting another one on the 14th. Still eating very little though. Working out and doing strength training 3-5 days a week. Im so glad you are doing well!!!! talk again soon- Leslie

I think it is normal for us to all hit a stall momment! I have hit mine today....and I am frustrated too! However, I haven't gone to the gym since Thanksgiving.....so i guess i am partly to blame....on the other hand....i havent' gained any either. sooooooo.....still frustrated.
I think i need a second fill and have an appointment on the 14th to get one. we will see. take care and talk to you soon. Leslie -
Have you been to see your surgeon and discuss all of this? I would start there if possible. It doesn't sound right to be having that much trouble getting stuck and throwing up. Have you had fills/unfills? I hope you find answers.... take care/keep us posted. - Leslie

How was the holiday? Mine went well- no food issues- thank goodness. Haven't weighed myself since thursday, but I will check it tomorrow.

Blog away!!!!! it helps so much. You can do this Neener you have made the right choice towards a healthier you. I know it's hard some days.....you can get through it. Holidays are hard....believe me....Thanksgiving day was my first day back on real solid food since surgery......ironic huh? Oh well it wasn't too bad but boy I was envious of all my family with their heaping plates of food. However, I was much more impressed with myself for my small dish of food and the many complements i got from the family!!!! take care- Leslie

OMG.....I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 199!!!!! I haven't seen a 1 in front of my weight since I don't know when. What a great feeling.:laugh: I love, love, love this band. Don't get me wrong....this is a TON of HARD WORK. Bandster hell, making sure to exercise, chewing, chewing, chewing, the mental hunger etc. etc. etc. But WOW what a great tool....it's like a switch was flipped in my head the day of surgery and I know I can do this and it will be long term too! I am officially off my blood pressure meds too- Thank you God!!! There is still a ways to go, more weight to be lost, more miles to be walked/run/biked and weights to be lifted-but I can do this. If anyone out there is struggling please don't hesitate to message me- I wanna help any way I can. To those of you who have helped me - Thank you so much and I continue to look to you for help and support. Have a blessed Thanksgiving everyone!!! :cool2:
