  1. Try to start right from the start but who is perfect. I had my surgery almost a year ago. It is hard work, I have lost over 100 pound because I had to change, it was change or die for me. My health was affected, I was always tired, mad, sad, lonely. Just look at each meal as a battle one that you want to win but every once in a while we need a reality check like do I need this, is it helping me, my body is my temple is this the right thing to do. It is progress not perfection. Good luck. Marisa73
