  1. I havnt seen him due to insurance purposes unfortunately, I read a post earlier about a 5 day pouch test I might try. I think i have just lost myself in this whole process, and got so off track that I feel overwhelmed. Maybe I should try my local lap band support though my doctor so I can talk to my nutritionist without making a formal appointment. I just wanna be healthy, and live longer for my kids. I mean, is this SUPPOSED to be THIS frustrating? I see people lost 100 pounds in a year with the band....and that definitely is not the case with me
  2. I was banded in June of 08, started at 315, and am down to 245. I am still about 100 pounds overweight. I feel I am eating okaywhat im supposed to, and I dont lose any weight, ive been maintaining for about 2 years now. I feel like giving up, like my success story will never make it up here. Any suggestions?
  3. I know this is going to sound really weird. I got an ultrasound of my abdomen today and it felt like it was burning when the tech went over my band. I also could her the high frequency waves and it felt like it was this irritating pain from my band all the way up into my throat. Has anyone ever experienced this? Thanks every1.
