  1. Hello...I am new to this site and am extremely interested in making a change in my life regarding my weight. I know that I need to make changes and have tried diets, weight loss plans, excercise, etc and have not seen a permanent reduction in weight. I have high blood pressure and am sure that I'm pre-diabetic. I keep up with my physicials and have been advised I am overweight. I had a baby one year ago and this is the largest I have ever been weighing 255 lbs. Any suggestions or insprirations you can share will be apprecitated as I am at my wits end and want to do something about this. Shunny1
