Im VERY discourged right now! Iwas told by my Dr that i need to be down 12-20 pounds before my surgery and Im only down 10. His asst has told me that he is known for postponing surgeries if the required weight isnt off. Not to mention my surgery date is Wed. 31st and i ran outta protien shake and went and bought isopure and it is GROSSSSSSS. Cant even stomach the smell. I dont know what to do. Maybe stressing will cause the weight to fall off !! Any suggestions?? Oh, also bought a whey protien and its way too sweet! Feel like im wasting money, and the shake from my dr is 65.00

You've got this. If you only need two more pounds just do broth like Chicken or Beef for the next two days and try to get in a 30-60 minute walk the next two days and you will drop two pounds before you know it. I agree those EAS advantage shakes will help also ,but add the walking and you should see a two pound difference within a few days. I can't believe the doctor would be that petty about two pounds though! Best wishes!!!
