  1. I too lost slowly at first. However, talk to your doctor. He may need to tighten you up more. I lost so much on the pre surgery diet and becaem a little dehydrated in the hospital that when I got out, at first I gained weight instead of lose. It has now been eight months and I have lost about 75 pounds. The tighter my fills the better I do.
  2. Thank goodness for your comments. I thought I was losing it and today I ask my lap band dr about the inability to eat veggies and meat. I throw it all up no matter how little it is processed. He said it is normal. So I am still eating very minimal real food. Shake for breakfast and I seem to be able to eat fish better than chicken and beef so I usually eat tuna for lunch. Cottage cheese for snack. I cant eat cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, green beans ........ Hope your problam gets better soon. Cecy
  3. I want to be part of you low carb bander. I am losing too slowly and would like to speed it up a bit and I think low carb would help.
