  10. hey you hopw youre doing well i just had surgery to have my port revised on the 23rd follow your docs orders and as soon as you can start moving. I know it sounds dumb why would you need surgery if you liked excersise but its crucial to your weight loss success.. good luck chica..

  12. i do mostly cardio and i lift weights as well i jog 3 miles every other day..

  13. yeah i do work out i do loads of cardio. Im jogging now about 3 miles every other day

  14. I excersise and trust this is just a good picture i do have some excess skin but its not too bad i am a mom of 3 and have the body to show lol...

  15. awww thanks for the modeling part and i do excersise like a mad woman have about 20 more lbs to goal so not quite there yet. I eat lots of veggies and protein and i do slurg sometimes on icecream and lattees.

  23. I try to get to the gym at least 3x a week and i lift free weights at home. I also hit the speed bag and heavy bag on the days that i dont do cardio at the gym. I jog 3 miles when i go to the gym.

  24. OMG sounds like you are doing awesome keep you're mind on the objective. Im sure you will do fine. I'm getting my 3rd adjustment tomorrow so hopefully this will be my sweet spot.
