  1. Jodi - thank you so much. I am so impressed with your achievements. They told me that I need to plan for 5 years. But I started at 308 and I am currently at 286 so far at 2 weeks after surgery. My goal is to get to 160, but like you I want to shoot for lower. Guess we will see.
  2. Hi all - I was banded on April 29 with Dr. K. Awesome staff and a very awesome experience. I am feeling great and am trying to figure out best strength and toning excercises since I am starting to getting a little "jiggling" in my tummy and such. I was thinking Tai Chi or something like that. What has worked best??
