hi cammy congrats to you also on your pregnancy. i think in the first half of my pregnancy i lost 11-12 kg, and now at 36 1/2 weeks that scales has not moved, HOWEVER my body has. my belly is getting bigger and my body is still getting smaller. trust your surgury and yourself :-)

hey Deedee. im well. even better after seeing your pics there. you have done so well. there is hope for us all when we see these kind of results! LOL as for me im a few months off being that small! im past the half way mark with the pregnancy and still loosing weight (thank god, didnt know how that would go) im down about 105Lbs all up, but i think im going to have to wait awhile for results as excelent as yours. thanks for dropping me a line. cheers Ange

I have no doubt that after a bit of upside down time with adjustments you will be totally happy with your choice to get the sleeve, just as i have... it was hard at first and preop was hell... but SOOO worth it. good luck and hope to read more of your progress :-)

I had my surgury done by dr daoud at sunnybank. i had no complications except for gas pain in my sholder and diaphram. but... if thats as bad as it gets.... we cheer!!! i went through the same feelings as you. im now about a month and a half out and everything is starting to calm down! slowly getting use to the major head trauma lolol i think thats harder than the surgury! dr daoud...didnt say much bedside but maybe there was no reason to have to say anything. they were great and looked after me very well! good luck

i will be 1 month post op on the 10th im already on all foods except cold meats. ohhh and dont have that horrid mouth deal anymore.. how you going with puree? should almost be of them now right?baby is off boobies which are shrinking along with everything else. down about 15kg from surgury and pre op diet. sweeeet!hey. lolk glad you liked my jeans story! :-D what a classic! im sure your not far *behind* lolol till soon ange.

hey DeeDee thankyou for checking in on me. im taking it easy and start my full fluids tommorow (thank god). Have had trouble getting in the fluids but trying. my patches are getting itchy grrr lolol feel like a crazy woman when i have to scratch around the tabs! it helps lol.

btw...i love this profile pic of you! you look so happy and its very inspiring! i remember seeing it ages ago when i was looking at pics. was a happy pic!! keep smiling till soon :-)

i started on monday so im now almost 4 days into the preop diet. its going well and im thinking its not too bad. havent had any major problems with the outlines i have been given. 5 days to go huh!! im soo jelly but it just means you can give me the heads up. excited

Hi Bobbbbb yep..sure am. still 10 Aug... My payments and cleared and im now 3 days in to optifast diet. which hasnt been toooo bad. totally love the coffee and strawberry... choc is middle of the road, but the vanilla was terribile! how are you going with your preop? hope your hangin in there bob. wish i was still booked for the 3rd! hehe heres to another day closer hey!!!

have you looked at some of your old pics? if you lost 50kgs give or take a few with conversion, you should be rollin in the joy of this new found ability to... wear a bikini.... take yourself back 2 years, would you even make a pic of yourself in a bikini???? i bet not.

sooo if you have 10k to burn, go on a trip overseas....like china, walk/climb the great wall, **because you can** 3 for the price of one.... a great holiday, you get a chance to be proud of yourself for the hike and even find you have toned while doing so!!!

you look great!! be proud of what you have achieved, and take a full body pic to get the perspective right on this pic. adding your head and feet to this pic and turning the lense lenghtways WILL put it back into a perspective that doesnt just focus on the parts that you are **worried** about. perosnalise this pic to be YOU. not just the parts you think are (quote) "flabby"
