:first: Hi everyone! You can do this! You have until September. I think with fish, low sugar fruits, your water , and walking , you can get the weight off. put that band to work girl. That band is there to help you. You got to get moveing, like nike say "JUST DO IT".

everyone that I know went to Dr.Robert Marvin . He is also out of Methodist. He have done over 100 bands.

my doc. don't have a pre-op diet. But I thnk I'll do the liquids the day before to. I'll be a wreck myself. My BMI is 37 . For the last 3 1/2 years i have been preg. or on a diet. I'v lost about 40 to 50bl.withen this time but I can not get past 195. So the band is my last time.

My doctor said that I could have alchohol on the first day after sergury. Just look out for the cal. and the carbonation.
