  1. Hello everyone. My name is Julie. I am new to the forum. I am trying to find some help on how to get the lap band done if you don't have insurance or good credit. I have been overweight my whole life. I have tried everything, and nothing works. I am 100 lbs overweight, and I have no energy, lots of pain, and I am missing out on my kids lives because I "just don't feel good". I have looked around and only found credit options. Well my ex fixed all of that for me. He ruined my credit, and is now decesased. I can't do much about it. I have tried to pay off the items, or get them removed. However, at this point I am self-employed since, and don't make a lot of money. I thought others might know of some options that the Kansas doctors had. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you, Julie
