Heather - so sorry about your cat - I had a pet rat that I had to put to sleep because he had a hemmorage(sp?) in his head. I cried for a long time after that and I was 30 years old! In my defence, they don't want the cat, they don't take car of him and I told them he was here - he was soaking wet, freezing, skinny and full of fleas! now he is dry, warm, fat & flealess :confused: he loves me - he has arthritis in one leg and can barely walk on it - he's old! I CAN'T GIVE HIM BACK, I CAN'T! so, now I have to ask, Tina.... what happened to the kittens you didn't keep? they didn't go to the pound did they? Jes, i wll give you a step by step as soon as I get to recovery. Hopefully my fitflops by then :drool: I hear you though, like I said, i've had cancer, aids, swine flu - you name it - right now I think I need to have my gallbladder out hmm LOL - what ever I can catch or whatever can go wrong with me WILL. Tina we don't want you to stop! I love my cats but they are Psycho! Last night my male cat, Raider, was screaming at the front door so I went and opened it and, as it turns out - he brought me a mouse and was truly trying to bring it in the house - I teared up for the poor baby DEAD mouse - Raiders sister, Cali, started scratching at the screen so I let her out - she picked up the mouse and they both ran off into the sunset together! Tonight I was having swiss cheese and ham slices for dinner. I walked away from the table or two minutes and when I got back, Cali was eating my swiss cheese - grrr! My neighbors have a cat named Monkey - actually it was his daughters cat but she moved out and left him. Anyway, they don't take care of him - leave him outside all night even when we had those freeze warnings - Heres where you guys get to figure out that i'm crazy - My husband wouldn't let me steal Monkey so i bout him a covered cat box, put a pillow, blanket & heating pad in it (set to medium) and he slept in there all last year until I finally took him! now he sleeps on the bed with us - always wants to rub his face on mine around 4 am. My husband puts him out when he gets up and mumbles something crazy like it's not our cat - boo hoo! HE IS NOW!

Nicole - I thinkg the before and after photo of you guys is a good idea - you can make like a collage card with your cricut - fat pics on the front and thin pics on the back and you can sign the inside! Make it a thak you card - put that machine to work!

Welcome Sa_Zu! I talked to my doctor about the band and he sent in the referral while I was sitting in his office still! FYI: Richmond Kaiser is #4 (is that right?) in the country for bariatrics surgery! Ok, so the class last night wasn't as "informational" as I expected or hoped it would be. It was more like a college class and we didn't get to mingle at all with the post ops! Very disappointed because that was the who reason I went!! The best part was getting to see Jes & FINALLY meeting Tamra!! Tamra - no onion breath baby girl - you're all good! I had coffee & tuna breath LOL Have a great fill today ladies!

have you been eating too many sweets? maybe you're having sugar withdrawls - that happened to me when I cut out all the carbs. Try to taper off slowly

in and out does sound good - but i got my ol faithful chicken salad Nicole - maybe you should try a little but of juice (sugar) to see if that helps. Pammie - we will miss you on the 3rd :biggrin:
