Just remember that you have gone through far too much to get to this point to let life's misfortunes and all around bad deal to get you down. Just continue to look into the faces of your beautiful babies and remember that you are on the right path, with this surgery you have changed your life for the better and that this has happened so that your career may suit the new you.
