Wow! I haven't been on here in a long time! I am pleased to say that I am still maintaining my weight. I am currently 179 and have also had 2 children in the past 7 years and just been trying to keep on keeping on lol!

Just enjoying this wonderful day today

3 years out since July and i've never felt better in my life

Hey I was banded on July 27,2009 so it's been well over a year for me but I have lost 138 pounds so far. Congratulations on getting the lap band, it's the best thing I have ever done and haven't had any complications at all since I have had the procedure. I wish you luck on your journey and if you need someone to talk to or need advice I will be here

Couldn't be happier with my lap band outcome, best thing I have ever done for myself. I can pretty much eat whatever I want and have maintained my weight
