hey Ashley, you look great! You're a very pretty girl.

As far as the working out goes, I'm not sure I used the healthiest motivation method ever, lol. First I have a picture I hate, it's posted in my album - and it's actually bigger and fatter looking than I really was when I got banded. I look like baby hewie(sp). I taped that to the cup I drink out of all day at work, and was forced to look at it all day long. It was more than enough motivation for me. Probably a little crazy though...

Keep up the great work, you look fantastic. Don't lose so much you lose your curves though!

If you don't mind me asking... was it hard to get certified to watch children in your home? What did you have to do? How are things going for your since being banded? Where abouts is Navarre?
