To me being restricted enough feels like: I eat 2-3 oz. of protein and 1/4-1/2 cup of veggies and I feel full and am not hungry for 4 hrs. The cravings are gone. I am eating to be healthy not to be full. This is a new feeling for me, I have always wanted more, more, more. If you are getting stuck you may not be chewing enough. It is like you can't chew enough sometimes depending on the food!
