You are supposed to go back and see your Dr at least twice a year for life, even when you think you have ideal restriction. Over time a small amount of Fluid will be lost from the band which will make it looser. You need a small fill to top up.

Trish, call your doc this morning and tell them what's going on. I don't know if they'll want you to come in for an unfill right away or if they will want you to take a PPI (proton pump inhibitor) such as Prilosec or Prevacid for a few days and see if it helps, but call and see.
I think I'd consider going without the OJ for a bit and see if that helps. It might be too acidic for you since banding. Probably a good idea to have had Soup for dinner. Does warm tea seem to help the issue any?
Are you getting enough Water? Are there other stressors in your life right now? Allergies? Just trying to think of outside causes that might make you tighter besides menstrual cycles.
Let us know what the doc says. Hope you feel better soon.

I was unable to get my first fill because I had HB. My doc told me that it was a sign of my band telling me that 1)I'm eating too fast and not chewing my food as much as I shud. 2) I wasn't eating the right food and my band isn't agreeing with it. 3) I'm eating too much. Definitly wasn't 2 or 3. So I started to eat slower with a CONSTANT reminder in my head that if I didn't I was gonna get heart burn. Well it worked! Haven't had HB since I've been eating slower and chew more. Good luck to u guys and hope u get through it.
