HI, Hi,     I am having my lap-band surgery August 7Th to have my band replaced. I had one in last year but it slipped so it had to be removed I am looking forward to having it replaced. It is a lot easier trying to control eating habits when you have that extra helper. And I am not nervous like I was the first time.  Any one who is nervous and about to have their band put in for the first time. Don't be. It is not a bad procedure. Just remember after it is in CHEW your food very well. I believe that was my problem . Operator error. The short time I did have it in I lost weight very well. And it felt good going down in size. Ok,good luck to every one who tries it.    pakcamp
