  1. The chocolate has the best flavor. You will only be on it for a short time, so find one you can tolerate and stick to it. I have started to eat some semi solid foods. The doctor saw me post op on Tuesday, and told me to start using yougurt, cottage cheese etc.
  2. Hi...sorry for not getting back sooner, but I was away from my computer for a day or two. I am doing Atkins protien shakes, and eating diet free jello. I also have started on plain yogart (mix with the jelllo) and I drink G2 for electrolytes. My weight is dropping like a rock.
  3. I have been doing Atkins protien shakes and G2 sports drinks.....started the yougurt and jello thing too. My weight is dropping like a rock.
  4. Hi.... This is my first post so I don't really know what I'm doing, but here goes. I was banded on the 14th, same as you, and everything went fine. I had a bout with trying to eat some food on the fourth day (I felt so good we went to the movies, and I thought I'll just try a little popcorn)....I paid for it with a bad case of indigestion and serious chest pain. Anyway, I'm past that and it is going well. I am not hungry and I am still doing liquids/protein shakes. I have lost about 7 pounds. I was very pleased to see several of us who were banded on the same day! Lets keep in touch so that we can compare notes....
