Thanks Linda! Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the surgery. I kind of went through the same thing right after surgery. How are you feeling now? I know it's only been a couple weeks, give it some time, you'll be happy in the end. I am doing pretty good, reached a bit of a plateau right now, have only lost like 5 pounds in the last month. Doc says it's normal, but it's also really frustrating! I work my butt off and then to see the scale only went down 1 pound, well it gets to me. But at least it's not moving up right? All in all, i feel great and so much better than I did last year at this time! Stick with it, you'll feel a lot better soon. If you ever need to talk about anything or just need to vent, I'm here! I wish you the very best of luck during the holidays! I won't lie, I've had a couple of holiday treats, lol. I haven't heard from Meredith, I wrote awhile back but haven't heard back from her. she looks like she's doing great, judging by her profile!
