Hey Linda! I understand being nervous, I was too! But it will go by so fast and you'll feel fine. I just did my weekly weigh in today and I hit 70 lbs which was my Thanksgiving goal! I'm excited. I don't have any regrets, but I won't lie, it has been a bit of a struggle for me. I've had 4 fills and I still don't feel restriction. But I realize this is not the case for everyone. Some people only need 1 or 2 fills and they find their sweet spot. All in all, I am happy I did it because just knowing that I have this "tool" to help is a great relief.
