  1. Thank you all very much for your responses!!! I haven't really been eating breakfast and for lunch I usually have beans and cheese and then fish or chicken for dinner. I really try hard not to eat anything in between but I'm not going to lie I will sometimes but for the most part it is fruit, cheese, or some type of lunch meat. I hope this fill will give me some restriction.
  2. Please help!!!Anyone!! I just got my second fill today (up to 4cc) I am on liquids for three days but I hope to feel some restriction very soon!!!:w00t: I was chatting with a few bansters at the doc today and was told I am eating slider foods so I am not staying full. Can anyone please give examples of foods and meals I should be eating to stay full longer???
  3. Hello! Congrats on the 34lbs!!! I was banded 3/30/09 and have lost 30lb up to date. I have had one fill and I don't really feel any restriction yet!!!:smile2: I kind of feel like I should have lost more weight...I think I'm just not being patient. I know 30lbs is a lot but sometime I feel like I should be eating less and if so then I would lose more weight faster. I don't know but I hope this next fill will give me some restriction because I am way to hungry too soon!!! Any suggestions. BTW I work out for at leat 1 hr 5 days a week and I feel like this has been making me feel hungrier!!!Help!!:tt2:

  5. Hello Everyone! I am a new member and am very excited since I was FINALLY approved for my surgery!! I am schedule for this Monday, March 30th 2009 and I am both excited and nervous for my new beginning.:w00t: I am in Houston, Texas and my surgeon is Dr. Felix Spiegel. I have heard only great things about this man and I am positive he will do an awesome job....but still the whole surgery thing is a little hard for me to swallow since it is my first one.:tongue_smilie: I would like to hear as much feedback as possible from others who have had him as a surgeon, as well as any others that would like to give me an insight to the whole life after the lapband!!! I have read up on the foods you can eat and can't eat...but everyone seems to be different. So please...I welcome any feedback.
