    Very well Done! How much on average do you think you lost a month? will you leave the band in? and will you leave it unfilled if you dont have it removed? I have my Op in Belgium on the 29th May.. I have had a weight problem most of my Life... Dawn

    Dawn... I lost about 6-8 pounds per month on average... it was slow and steady. My band is never coming out. It still has a very good fill in it. If you take the band or fill out, you'll gain the weight back.
