But don't you feel like a huge weight ws lifted off your chest - literally. lol Beanie so sorry about the job! That really stinks. We'll be keeping our fingers crossed for you with your interviews. Mandy - there is another bandster from B2G that is going to be in Disney the same week as we are. We may have a little reunion on our hands. lol Sherry hon, I'm still amazed by those pics. I'm so thankful that Greg is ok. Hi to Cindy, Eileen, Betty, Pat, Darcy, and everyone else I've missed too! :eek: So the latest with me is that I've dumped tattoo boy. Yep, he started playing games - hot one week, cold another - and I just had enough so I told him it wasn't working out. The best part of the story - I "unhid" my profile from Match and within 2 hours I had a date lined up for this Sat night with Nick, the other guy I met the same time as Andy. lol. Since then I've booked another for Sunday night and Monday night. So how do you like them apples tattoo boy?! lol. I'm a little sad, but at the same time I'm looking forward to having some fun and feel like I have a world of possibilities before me. :eek:

I think it's ok to kiss someone on the first date if you want to. For me, I prefer to wait until the second date but I certainly have kissed on the first date and wished that I had been kissed by some first dates. lol. Congrats on your date! I hope you have fun! I have a date on Sat night too, so we'll have to check in on Sunday. lol

Well girlies (and guys) it's offically over with tattoo boy. I broke up with him tonight. He had been acting differently over the past few weeks and I just had enough so I told him sionara. Easy come, easy go. lol. The good news is that I already have two dates and it's only been a couple hours. lol. Damn Sherry I thought you wouldn't notice all the lingere I bought at Victoria's Secret today. YEAH RIGHT! lol So we are booked! Staying at Pop Culture, so we're right around the corner from you Mandy I think. I'd love to have lunch some day. It will be SOOOO great to meet!! You need to copy the "bbc code" from ticker factory after you make your ticker and then go to "edit signature" here at LBT and paste it onto your signature line. It's been a while, but I believe that's how you do it.

Wow Denise, you have certainly had some rough luck with the men in your life. I can see how, in a way, in can be easier to get over someone who has passed away rather than moved on. There is no rejection in death. You'll get there Denise, AND find a wonderful man to spend your days with.

Things are pretty good with me and my tattoo boy, lol, although I'm finding that I go back and forth as to whether or not I am ready/willing to fall for someone again. I didn't realize I had these issues until I met someone I really liked. Ugh! I'll figure it out I'm sure, but for now I'm just taking things slow... Kristin honey, you are so right that you are better off without him! Focus on yourself and what YOU want in a partner, and when you're ready to date again, be CHOOSY. You deserve the best! Denise, it is hard to get over relationships. I broke up with my BF of five years just under 2 years ago. It took me over a year to be really ready to move on. And if you read my above post to Kristi, I'm not even sure that I WANT to get in a relationship again. So you're not alone girlfriend! Wootsie girl, how are things with you and all your men? lol

Welcome Denise and Kristin! We're all at different stages of the single & dating process, so I'm glad you joined us. Kristin - I have found that any serious relationship I've had has absolutely wrecked my self-esteem when it ended. It's terrible and hard to get over, but it will happen. I'm sure it hurts you very much that he's dating someone already - I know it would hurt me. The best thing you can do for yourself I think is to go out and have some fun, and to focus all your attention on yourself. You deserve it! And ALWAYS remember that it's his loss!

Oooooh Cindy I'm so excited for you! Any day now you'll officially be in Onderland! What an accomplishment! Mandy I think Sherry and I are shooting for the 3rd week in Sept, so we very well may be there the same time. How cool would that be?! Believe me we'll tap you as a resource! lol Happy Easter / Passover to everyone! I hope you all enjoy the holiday with your families & friends. I'm heading to NH to my Aunt's house and for the first time in years I'm not self-conscious about having gained weight. That's the nice part. Mandy thanks for posting the info on Disney. Sherry and I are planning a trip for September, and how great would it be if we could get free food out of it?! Sherry has a smidge of guilt about going on vaca without her son and hubby, but we're working on that. lol. Keep us updated on when that deal posts! Here we come Disney!! Hi to everyone! Things have been good here, just busy as usual these days. The Bridal Shower is next weekend, so we were working on some of the final details last night. The next month and a half will be a blur, and then i'm hoping to go on vaca after the wedding. I need a break! lol Update on tattoo boy. We had a good, long talk last Sunday about a lot of things. The relationship was getting strained due to each of us allowing stuff from our past to get in the way. We were able to communicate very well, and I think the talks helped us tremendously. We're still taking it slow, and just trying to spend time with each other so we can get to know each other better. Sherry should meet him within the next couple of weeks, and I'm sure she'll give you a full report. lol Well off to the office today to catch up on some backlog. Calgon take me away! lol

Puddin I'm so sorry things turned out the way they did with Travis. What a JERK he turned out to be! You need to remember that the problem is NOT you, it's these guys. Perhaps the worst thing you are guilty of is choosing the wrong men which, honestly, is something I think I struggle with too. Either that or the majority of men that are still single are complete asses. hmm...maybe I just stumbled onto something. lol Keep your chin up puddin.

Hi Nana!!! Glad to hear you're doing well! I'll be honest with you, I'm naseous a lot these days. Anytime I get stressed I get naseous, whereas I used to grab for the closest thing I could shove in my mouth. There are also many days where I just don't feel like eating anything because my tummy is a bit naseous. This didn't happen for me until after my second fill but honestly, I'm happy about it. Anything that makes me not want to eat is a good thing! lol But if you get to the point where you're not able to get your food in, there's a problem. But you're still healing so it's probably connected to that is my guess.

Dez you crack me up! And what a great idea about the challenge! I'm in, although I won't be able to make May 5th. And if you lose the most weight, I'll get you a little prize. Deal?? Deb good for you! Quitting smoking would be a huge step in the right direction for getting healthy. I know it'll be hard, but if anyone can do it, you can!

Good morning everyone! It's a nice, sunny day here in MA. I'm so happy the nice weather is finally here! Eileen - so sorry that this day holds such a bad memory for you. Losing a loved one is tough and something that never goes away. We'll be thinking of ya! Mandy and Kat - don't you ladies sleep?! lol Betty - I'm glad you're taking it easy on that back! Hope it's 100% soon. Hi Sherry! Andy went to the fishing show yesterday. hmmm...yet another way they are similar. lol So last night I saw Andy (tattoo boy) for the first time in two weeks (since his grandfather died). It was a little awkward at first, but then it was ok. We had a nice dinner at Legal Seafoods (and finally figured out we're better off just sharing a meal lol), and then relaxed on the sofa for a bit. We didn't talk much about the past two weeks, other than he said that he missed me and I told him I was sorry he had such a rough couple of weeks. Now he's sick with a cough and a cold, so it was an early night. I had a nice time, but I'm back to being undecided about things. I don't know - this dating stuff is just too much sometimes. lol

So yep, I get ya! lol You know I started typing out the skinny with tattoo boy and then decided it's probably just easier to sum it up as some communication issues right now. lol. His grandfather died, and that has been hard for him, and he's completely pushed me a way. We're seeing each other tonight, which will be the first time in two weeks. We'll see how it goes. You go girl! My opinion is any guy that wants to marry you already - RUN and run FAST. lol. I don't know, maybe it's just where I'm at in my life right now but that makes me leery. I don't know if they're looking for a sugar mama or what, but I'd be suspicious. But you know these people beetter than I do, so do what you feel comfortable with. Just know that anyone worth your time and effort will be patient with you while you make the right decision.

Ooooh Cindy I'm so sorry to hear that you're being sued. Ugh! You're insurance company will take care of it. I can guarantee you she's just looking to make a quick buck and will settle for whatever the insurance company is willing to pay. The sad part is they will probably settle with her because it's cheaper than fighting her. It's a vicious cycle!
