  3. You and Jill Scott look too much alike! I am sure you have heard that over and over. So tell me what did your diet consist of?

  4. My goal weight was 137, but I might just get down to 154 and stop. I do not want to be too skinny. You should start doing some YouTube vids as well. The more people, the more inspiration to others who are thinking about doing it, or have had it done and need a little encouragement. I just want to not be considered over weight nor obese. You konw what I mean. I know we can not all let the charts predict us, but I would like to just be normal for my height again, and I have not seen them days since high school back in 1987.

    1st blog "work out regimen"!

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays of each week I go to the gym. A day of rest in between to help build the muscles and give them a rest. My work out regimen consists of cardio and weight machines. I spend a total of 55 minutes on the bike. 50 minutes with my heart rate at 144 bps and a 5 minutes cool down. This yields 19 miles and burns approximately 300 calories. I move to the weight machines where I do 2 sets of 12 reps at the highest weight possible that will have me almost straining to complete the 2nd set of reps. I am toning and not trying to build muscle.

    first day at gym

Two months ago was my 1st day, and I will have to say that if I would have known that it would be like this, I would have been going all along. I was full of energy during and well into after I left the gym. I do not view it as a chore at all. I kow that I am going to feel more enegy afterwards on top of feeling better about myself. When I first started, I did not have a MP3 player, and it sucked, but once I got me some music going. It made it a blast. Be sure to download fat as well as slow songs for your cardio, and cool downs.
  10. Now I am checking in on you! I am new to this message thing, so bear with me. Ha! I hope all is going well. I have lost another pound since last week. I am grateful, because I was eating Halloween candy that I bought. I might would have lost 2 lbs if I would have left it alone. I want to be under the 270's by the end of October. That is my goal. Keep in touch. All we have is each other!
