Hi all I am getting ready to start this journey and I have several questions that maybe someone could help with. The first question I have is does anyone have raiilroad insurance with Aetna? and if so how tough is it to get approval through them? The second question I have is who would you receommend to do the surgery? I am thinking about the lapband and is there any down side to that surgery? I work as an office manager and I am wondering how long you are off work after the surgery? and help would be appreciated have a great week.

Hi there I am just now looking into the surgery do you have any tips that you could offer as far as getting the insurance comapny to ok this? We have Aetna insurance through the railroad and I am wondering what is all needed on the doctors end. Thanks for any help you can offer and congrats on the 20 lbs weight loss that is awesome have a great week Kathy
