  1. Hi everyone...I am a new bandster(February 09') and I am currently 32lbs down. I do have to say that I have not been sticking to the plan completely and need a pick me up...BUT.. This weekened I was at work and ate a few too many Ruffles potatoe chips and then, had a 3-4 SMALL sips of soda. I know..I know, I was a bad girl. I was okay for about 20 minutes, then I had the worst pain ever!! The pain was around the band site( mid sternal area) and it would not stop. I could barely walk, the breath knocked out of me. I thought I was dying...seriously! I couldn't even make myself sick to rid myself of the pain. It finally began to resolve after 25 minutes...WHAT WAS THAT PAIN? Was it the combination of soda and food or just an intolerance? I am scared of a band slippage. Please help!!
