  1. I take my lunch with me everyday to work and for the past few days I have been getting really bad stomach aches and acid reflux but i could not figure out what it could be from? Then I realized it could be from eating peaches? I guess they could be hard to digest? Anyone else have this problem?
  2. Hello Everyone and thanks for all your support! I am Momsue's daughter! I have being doing very well with my band and when i went for my first fill they told me that i was progressing fine and that i didnt need a fill. However, now I feel that I can eat a lot more than I previously had been so I am going to get my first real fill in August! It is super hard being young and having the band because there are so many temptations and I have only told some very close friends because I feel as others would not understand! Thank you all!!!!!!!
  3. Hey Everyone! I am doing great! I just went to the doctors yesterday and I have lost 13 pounds since being banded on June 1st. I feel great and thin even though I only lost a few pounds that is all the motivation I need to keep on going. The diet is OK but sometimes I wish I could eat something real and solid! Thanks everyone for your support!!!!
  4. My doctor did not have me go on a pre-op diet. However, I began tasting some of the protein shakes myself just to figure out what I liked and did not like to get used to the diet. I found that the Carnation Instant Breakfasts shakes were pretty good but they have to be super chilled in the fridge! They have a lot of protein and calcium included. Good Luck!
  5. Hey Everyone! I just got online to look up support groups for the Band and I found myself here! I am being banded tomorrow and I am super excited but also a little scared. Any thoughts on how the operation went to calm my nerves?
