Hey girly,

Haven't been on here for awhile. I am doing ok. A lot of ups and downs. Struggling to get back into exercising again. Losing slowly because of it. Finally had the 4th fill a month ago and it's finally working. Or at least I don't eat as much and can see the difference.

yes mam i did thank u!!! i was wondering where u were...how has it been going for u??? any good tips for me just being 1 month post op...i will tell u the weight aint flyin off left and right like some....its gonna be a while til i see that happening i think!!!

Hey there! Does your doctor give you fills under an xray or just has you drink water and when you burp he knows when to stop giving you saline solution?

I have had 3 fills and have no restriction, jst trying to figure some stuff out. Maybe it's too soon. I don't know. I'm always starving between meals.

How are you?! I had to go get another un-fill yesterday.... ugh! Down another 8 tho!

aww thank u..ur beautiful also....but yea i still dont have a surgery date....my surgeon is on vacation....so im just gonna be patient....how long did it take for ur port pain to go away?

When do you get your surgery ? Slow and steady wins the race for me, I cant take it off too fast because of my heart otherwise I would have prob. had gastric bypass to do it as quickly as possible.
