Today is my wife and me 8 year Band Anniversary

DAY 3 of the 7 day liquid diet, day 2 was the hardest so far. My husband for dinner asked me to get hoagies and pizza for the kids and I LOVE pizza it was terrible so I locked myself in my room and drank a huge protein shake then went to bed early smelling all the foods around me and having a hunger I cant seem to fill these past 3 days is really taking a toll on me I think ill just sleep the weekend away and pray monday (surgery day) comes quickly i am a sad hungry cookie right now

Wednesday was the first time since my surgery that i went for an unfill.... he took out 1cc and for the past two days i have been reflux free. I feel great

Now down to low 220's and have a Brachioplasty scheduled. I may have had a much slower journey than others but it feels good to still be making steps forward.

Ran a 5K on Friday (As training) then a 5K plus 1 mile warm up - That was probably too much, but I love that I was able to! Still stuck at 196 lbs... Ai ai ai..

Celebrated my Lapt band (AKA the Alien) 7 years anniversary on September 7

Almost 5 years post op and today as we looked at my band, "PERFECT" was my surgeons comment! Life is Great!

WOW…9 months and 93 pounds….I'm still AMAZED…but loving it!

Went to Lapband Doc today , found out I have 10cc's in my 14cc band thought it was 11 or 12 but it was 10 , no fill as he asked how I felt and said you have lost a 100lbs with excitement in his voice and said remember when I first met you and asked if I knew where my cane was or if I threw it away , I said no I keep it in my trunk as a reminder of how big I was and had to ise it to hold up my weight and legs because I couldn't walk with out it , and now almost 2 yrs, I have been able to move comfortabally , except for my back issues, , I am o happy another 50 to go and I will be at my goal .
