  1. Thanks so much for clarifying, this for me. I was self pay and didn't think much into this i was just tired of loosing 50 pounds and then gaining it all back. My doctor said I can eat after 48 hrs soft foods and fish I've been fine with the meal plan. But he didn't tell me anything on protein drinks. I had a first yesterday from smoothie king and felt awful. I don't know if I drunk too much or what but I came home and went to sleep for 4 hours and really haven't moved too far from the bed today. But U haven't puked or anything so I think I'm doing good. This is truly bandster hell as you call it. But I still feel positive about everything.
  2. I'm 7 days post-op my lap band and have lost 17 pounds, is this normal? I feel as if I'm starving myself and I went to GNC yesterday and almost passed out. Am I doing anything wrong. I have to go back to work on Monday I'm starting to think do I have enough energy. 2/18/09 246 2/25/09 229
