  1. Hey MN1970... Have you had a fill yet?
  2. I am just 2 weeks post op, I havnt been hungry for any food yet. I had a friend who "chewed" meat a couple of times right after surgery but spit it out. I cant imagine it would hurt you, I think it's best to just get a diet plan and stick with it. If you "mess up" learn from it and move on. Dont beat yourself up over it, just learn a lesson and let go. Thats my 2 cents worth.
  3. Did you loose any weight before your first fill?
  4. I just got my band 2 days ago, I'm very excited. I cant seem to figure out how to get the ticker in my profile though, can you help? I made it then copy and pasted both html and the bb to my signature page and both said invalid file. What am I doint wrong?
  5. I'm in Portland and we have a "keep Portland wierd" slogan as well. I am thinking maybe a lot of cities have it??? PS I just had my lap band surgery 2 days ago. So far so good... I'm very excited
  6. Can I get a copy? my email addy is hteadtbear@msn.com
  7. This is my first post on here... First of all I love the screen name Wonderwmn. I just got back from my friends bday party and I got her the original Wonder Woman cartoon. :tongue_smilie: Anyways. I am going through the Legacy Obesity Institute in Portland Oregon and my insurance requires me to go through the 6 month program as well. I have 100 1bs to loose. I have a $1000 oop. I went to my 2nd appt on March the 3rd. I plan on getting my surgery in late Aug due to working around a softball tournament I will be playing in. I am excited about this. I have friends that have done it and I have seen a couple of them loose 80-110 lbs. When I went to my 2nd appt I was up 3 lbs though. Kind of wondering how that happened. How do you make the ticker?
