  1. I was banded on 4/28 also. My Gas pain went away after 2 days. I was on the liquid diest for 4days after surgery and then called my doctor and told I had to eat something else cause I was so weak and was so light headed. He said that I could go to the mushie stage...well me and the wife went to San Francisco yesterday and it was hard because I really couldnt eat and we headed home late so we stoped and ate somewhere and it was hard to find something that I could eat. The best thing I could find was Grilled Chicken with Vegetables. I ate the Chicken Breast(about the size of a deck of cards) and maybe a bite or two of veggies and I was full. I feel guilty but OH WAS IT GOOD!
