  1. I am feeling the same frustration. I had surgery 4/23 and have lost 15 lbs. I have 5 cc fill and can feel very little restriction. I know that I need to change my diet even more, but without the restriction, I feel hopeless. I will work out more and try to decrease my food intake, but the more depressed I feel, the worse I eat
  2. I was banded on April 23. I am back at work, but I thought that I would be feeling better than I do. Everyone is different. I am still taking pain relievers. When i stand up, i feel a burning pulling sensation that subsides in about 3 mins. Walking seems to help everything. Even the gas!!! I ate pudding yesterday, it went down fine. My one concern is my lack of appetite. Should I eat even though I am not hungary at all. I am sipping my liquid vitamins and drinking alot of water, but I dont want to affect my metabolism negatively.
