i feel like i pretty much eat what i ate b4 my sugery...b4 i make something to eat...i say to myself...can u cut the calories...4 instance if i eat refried beans...i eat fat free refried beans...i really needed this surgery for portion control...i do not eat sweets...but i really didnt eat them much b4....i do not eat bread...pasta..potatoes or rice...as long as i can have my mexican food im a happy camper!!!!!!!!!!!!
