Thanks Heather! I do feel so much better, I can't believe it! The amount of energy I have now is amazing. Wow 75! That's awesome. And yeah, I'm sure you're losing inches even if the scale isn't showing a lb loss. I'm sure you'll see those numbers move very soon! I think I'm kind of in the same phase as you right now. Haven't been the most careful about my food choices and this week I haven't had a second to work out, I miss it, how crazy is that? LOL. I'm nervous about Thanksgiving, about the eating and everything? Are you at all? That's always the holiday where I seem to go nuts with food....I'm sure you'll be able to make 8 lbs by then! That's 6 weeks! You'll do great. Thank you, I'm nervous about going to the doc and talking to him about it all, but we'll see!!!!! Any plans for Halloween?
