Heather that's awesome! 75 lbs, wow, that's amazing! Congrats to you. And I wouldn't say that's slow at all, that's about 10 pounds a month...just think of where you were a year ago! That's so great to hear that you say life is great. I have had some ups and downs personally lately, but am trying to get into that mindset as well. I know that once I get to where you are, I'll feel the same way! You are inspiring!
