  2. I have just found this forum and I can appreciate it. I am 22 months having my lapband and have lost about 60 pounds. I workout regularly and do have an occasional back track however I had hoped I would be like gastirc bypass losers at this point and have lost another 60 after almost two years. I am getting discouraged and know that like tonight I had a piece of chocolate cake and shouldn't have. Just good to know I can tlak aobut it.
  3. I just found this forum. This is my introduction here. I had lap band surgery almost two years ago. I have not really lost any significant weight in the last six or 8 months. I have really only lost about 60 pounds in 22 months. I am just not too sure what I am not or should be doing at this point. I do know that my husband and I travel a lot for work and pleasure. We eat out an awful lot but I try to make smart choices and I do pilates three days a week but I am still not losing.
