    I have all of the documentation required for the surgery but I would like to have additional documentation from a past weight loss center that I used. Has anyone been able to obtain paperwork from the LA Weightloss Center group? They are missing in action here and I can not contact any number for them on the net. If anyone could help that would be wonderful!! Or if you have any suggestions to help as well. :eek:
