    I'm not sure if this is what constitutes a blog... but I didn't know where else to put it! Okay, so I am excited to have finally found the courage to start this process. I decided last October that I wanted to have the surgery... but I am not a person who enjoys change. It definitely took me a lot to get here and I am proud of myself. May 22nd, 2009- I made the appointment for my psych evaluation. The appointment is June 1st! I get bloodwork done tomorrow and HOPEFULLY I will have the letter from my pcp shortly!

    I have been overweight since age 6... so I don't have "skinny" pictures. These are a collection of pictures of me over the years at various weights. I don't have many pictures... I never let people take my picture. :o( I am not banded yet, hoping for this fall.
