Food Before and After Photos
It is Valentina. It's a Mexican hot sauce, but not hot at all. I'm not sure how I feel about it after surgery. I used to love it before. My son-in-law is Mexican and had me try this. I told him it wasn't for me, but it's very good.

Yes I did. It changes once you get on solid foods.

Trouble drinking
When I came out of surgery water tasted sweet to me. I asked if they put something in the water. Maybe put sweetmer in your water or cucumbers to give it flavor. The first month was just awful for me. That is my experience and not necessarily others. One particular night I was so exhausted trying to get water in. I said f it! I went to bed at 5:30. I did end up getting fluids 2x because I just couldnt get it in. Hang in there! I'm 4 months out and I'm completely healed and loving life. 64 pounds I have lost and it feels great!

Dry hair and bad acne
Your describing exactly what I am going through. I'm almost 4 months post-op and having terrible acne and my hair is coming out. I never thought I would have to worry about hair loss because I have a lot if hair. But, seeing the amount if hair in my brush is alarming. I dont have the solution yet, but I did go and buy biotin and shampoo and conditioner with biotin in it. I've been using it for about a week now. Hoping it works. Best of luck to you!

First pain after eating
Meat gets me full very quickly and feels somewhat painful. I can only eat about 3 oz. Maybe you should stick to softer proteins for awhile?

Getting so nervous.
I also cried right before going into surgery. It was very emotional. I dont regret having surgery either. Best thing I've done!

February 2019 weight loss buds
Omg you've hardly eaten anything! I feel like I pig put compared to this. I'm able to eat more and have to keep myself in check and be vigilant. I can't eat a lot at one sitting, but I can see bad habits wanting to cone back. You inspire me to do better! Way to go!

I was severely depressed before surgery. Today I feel so much better and I love shopping for clothes. You will get there. Please take care of yourself, I know it is hard. Your story is almost identical to mine.

Tips on eating slower
I have trouble with eating fast and have to work on this every day. I take a bite and do not pick up my utensil till 20 second after I swallow. It's a big improvement from before. Eating quicker doesn't seem to affect me, but all the sudden I get a "better stop" feeling. I've even had to spit out food. But, I haven't thrown up once.

Trouble drinking
Check with your Dr. I had to get fluids 2x and they do it out patient. It will make you feel better and I could do it 3x a week if I needed to. Good luck!
