  1. *First post* Just joined and so happy there are people who have the same experience. I am all set to go for my surgery on Feb 12th!! I am nervous but excited to start this step. I am on my 2nd day of full Optifast because they want me to lose 20lb by the surgery date. The shakes are bad, totally craving food like its going out of style and it doesn't help the guys are rubbing in the fact they can eat anything haha. Any help or advise for combating non-optifast cravings is appreciated. Why oh why did I start this before Super Bowl. lol.
