Hi Nia, Well done on the 56lbs weight loss - you must be delighted. I had gastric sleeve surgery in Belgium three weeks ago tomorrowand feel that my weightloss has come to a standstill - did you experience this at all. It is very disheartening after such a short time. MichC

Hi Thanks for the info - amnot really sure what to expect and probably wont know until I turn up in Belgium. How long ago did you have your surgery? How did you find the weeks post op? I have a holiday in Vegas four weeks after my op which I have to say I am not really looking forward to now, apart from being in a pair of jeans that might not cut me in two. MichC

Hi everyone, Just found this website and so glad I did - so much info already. I am booked in with Dr Toon de Sonneville in Belgium on 16th Feb and the nerves are starting to kick in. Can anyone help with a question - what are the pre-op tests which must be carried out. As I live in Guernsey and have to travelto Belgium I will not meet with the surgeon until the day so am feeling a little lacking in info. Mich C:smile:
